A race for God

2 Timothy 4: 7
"I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith."

No one said it'd be easy, but by keeping faith and holding on to hope, we can.

John 1:1"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God"

In this world, men wonder. How easily the hearts sway, that a devoted men can lose his faith; a loving couple can break the vow. By our weakness and ignorance, we've betrayed the oath. Day by day, we come, matter-of-factly. The saving Grace and Mercy we were given- to be given what we do not deserve, and to be withheld of what we do (punishments). Many thanks and a zillion gratitude, with a broken heart I now come. "A broken spirit and a contrite heart, O Lord, You will not despite!" (Psalm 51:17) With all of my heart, I commit again- an offering of my soul to the greater purpose of Your plan!

Undeserved forgiveness

Sunday, April 24, 2011

One day, it suddenly dawned on J that he was wrong. In fact, many were wrong. They were all wrong about the concept of time, wrong about "priority", wrong about "focus", wrong about "effort".

We ought to find time for work in the midst of serving God, not find time for God in the midst of doing work.

To some extent J felt that he might have been responsible for the fading passion of T. The careless overlooking of the necessity to look after a fellow new believer eventually portrayed an image of disinterest- something which ought not to be compromised seemed too easy to be so. J prays that he will indeed stay strong in the Lord, and all else shall be unto His perfect timing and plan. One day, T shall return. Amen!

Isaiah 65:24
"Before they call I will answer:; while they are still speaking I will hear"
None but Jesus- when You call, I will not refuse; when You call, I won't delay.

Resurrection Sunday 240411

Colored lens- untainted glory
Forming a resolution is not a matter of words
It's a matter of awareness- the awareness of what exactly we are resolved to do;
It's a matter of comprehension- comprehending whatever that lies beyond visual observance;
It's a matter of determination- determining to go down that very path even if it means going through a lot of discomfort.

Today, I did exactly just that.
